WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN BIASHARA COMMUNITY SACCO?

• Any person living in Ruiru sub-county and its environs.
• A person who is economically active.
• A person who has attained majority age.
• Cooporate institutions e.g. schools, companies.

REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP

• MUST be a Kenyan citizen over 18 years.
• A person who is economically active.
• Cooporate institution membership must:
  • Be registered officially by the government.
  • Submit copies of registration certificate.
  • Directors should be registered Sacco members.
  • Minimum contribution Ksh. 3,000 monthly

HOW TO JOIN

• Completion of Biashara Community membership form.
• Payment of Ksh 500 membership registration fee. (non refundable)
• Submit a copy of identity card (both sides).
• Submit two colored passport size photos.
• Contribution of Ksh. 1000 as share capital
• Commencement of monthly savings minimum of Ksh. 500.
