Birth and registration
- It was started as a community based Sacco in Ruiru sub-county and its environs by shareholders of Neo-Horizon Holding Ltd a company of born again Christians.
- It was registered on 20th May 2010 with the commissioner for Cooperative Development certificate No. CS/12574.
- It started its operations on 1st June 2010.
MISSION
The mission of Biashara Community Sacco is to empower economically active people within its areas of operation with particular emphasis on those running small and medium scale businesses.

THE OBJECTIVE OF BIASHARA COMMUNITY SACCO
Biashara Community Sacco was setup with the aim to;
- Encourage thrift among community living in Ruiru sub-county and its environs by affording them an opportunity for accumulating savings.
- Create source of funds for credit which shall be lent to members at fair and reasonable rates of interest
- Provide an opportunity for each member to grow their business thereby improving their respective economic and social conditions.
